Brits have been left stunned after a delivery driver was snapped transporting people's food using a rather odd method of transportation.
The Deliveroo cyclist was pictured on a penny farthing, an old-time mode of transport first popularised in the 1880s.
An image of the delivery rider was shared to social media yesterday leaving locals in Chelsea, South West London, chuckling.
The bizarre bicycle ridden by the man features a large front wheel and a smaller back wheel.
This results in the cyclist being held high off the ground creating a hilarious sight for passers by.
Here is a look at the Deliveroo driver seen on a penny farthing bicycle in west London
The penny farthing style of bicycle was invented and used in the late 1800's and has fallen out of use since with most cyclists now opting for a modern bicycle.
This delivery rider appears to have brought a blast from the past back into the modern day with his mode of transport.
The post received a lot of attention from social media users both nationally and within London.
Many well-known celebrities and social media accounts replied to the post to crack jokes.
The image of the old-time delivery man was shared to social media with the caption: 'Deliveroo rider on a penny farthing might be one of the most west London things I've ever seen.'
It has since received 11,000 likes and dozens of comments from users on social media left in stitches at the image.
The official London Eye social media account, MP Neil O'Brien and Specsavers official social media account left comments on the post.

Specsavers joined the jokes, asking: 'Were they wearing a monocle?'
The London Eye social media account commented: 'That might just be the second biggest wheel in London.'
Another user replied: 'I can't help but feel your options for resting along the way would be severely limited.'
And a fourth remarked: 'A penny and a farthing is about as much as a rider gets paid for a single delivery, isn't it?'
